Support Rules

Introduction

On this platform, we give people and organisations the opportunity to contribute to various campaigns and projects. In order to ensure transparency, security and efficiency, we have developed the following Contribution Rules. Please read them carefully before making any financial contributions.

  1. Goal: These Contribution Rules govern the methods of contributions to campaigns, which are published on the Givinghand website www.svajones.givinghand.lt (hereafter referred to as the "Marketplace"), operated by VšĮ "Greita auka" , Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Company code 306219274, managed by director Tomas Norkus (hereafter referred to as "The Company").
  2. Definitions:
    1. "Person" means a natural or legal person over the age of 14.
    2. Supporter - a person who contributes to a campaign published on the Marketplace.
    3. Published Project - a campaign that is approved and published on the Marketplace to receive deposits.
    4. Regular Supporter - a person who has chosen to contribute regularly to a specific project or category.
  3. Non-refundable: All deposits are non-refundable, except as provided for in Rule 16.
  4. Ways of support:
    1. Contribute on your own behalf and be added to the List of Supporters.
    2. Contribute anonymously.
    3. Contribute on behalf of another person or organisation.
  5. Identification: When contributing on their own behalf, sponsors must provide accurate identification, including their full name or the name of the legal entity they represent.
  6. Visibility: If a supporter wishes to be included in the publicly visible List of Supporters, he/she must indicate this choice when contributing.
  7. For what: When contributing on behalf of another person or organisation, the sponsor must indicate the name of this third party.
  8. Public List: The names of sponsors can only be made public if the sponsor has agreed to this contribution.
  9. Corrections: The Market Administration reserves the right to correct grammatical or spelling errors in sponsors' names before publication.
  10. Fixed Deposits: These are processed through Paysera, with whom you can review specific terms and conditions.
  11. Approval: Confirmation and campaign updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of contribution. Contributors can opt out of these updates.
  12. Responsibility: The sponsor takes full responsibility for all information provided and the legality of the contribution.
  13. Confirmation: After the transaction is confirmed, the amount contributed will be added to the campaign's total fundraising.
  14. Error Correction: In the event of an error in the amount of the contribution, the sponsor must notify the Market Administration within one working day to correct the error.
  15. Project Selection Error: If an unsuitable project is selected, the sponsor must inform the Market Administration within one working day of the transfer.
  16. Surplus Funds: If a campaign has raised more funds than stated or is cancelled, the excess funds will be reallocated to active campaigns at the discretion of the Market Administration.
